With a doctorate in organizational communication, he has experience and expertise exploring organizational process, new technology use, and networks. As a researcher he has examined issues of leadership, culture, and change. Trained in a variety of techniques (surveys, interviews, focus groups, network analysis), and is equipped with the analytical tools to help your company embrace changes, face challenges, and plan for success.
Not only does he research, Cameron is a dynamic trainer. In past roles, Cameron was a repairs manager at a regional phone company, an IT administrator, and a network service specialist. In higher education, he previously taught Management at the University of Central Missouri. He currently teaches and researches as an Associate Professor of Communication at the University of Kansas.
